      Avantages

      Perception is a very easy company to work for. The CEO expects hard work from the employees but is able to have a fun working relationship with the staff at the same time.

      Inconvénients

      Because of the size of the company, the office can get somewhat cramped when visitors come into town. Other than that, no real cons for Perception.

      Avantages

      Working here has been one of the best experiences I could have asked for to start my career with. The people here are incredibly kind and supportive. You truly feel like everyone works as a team towards a common goal. They were extremely flexible with my work/school schedule and any emergencies that came up. If you're looking for an environment to help you grow as a person, this is the place.

      Inconvénients

      There really are none? Traffic gets bad sometimes I guess.
