      Avantages

      -Supervisors are very supportive -Schedule is somewhat flexible -This is a great start for provisionally licensed therapists to gets tons of supervision hours

      Inconvénients

      -The amount of paperwork is insane -The amount of pay you receive as a fully licensed therapist is a joke They cap out at 50% split -Audits are a nightmare -Did I mention the pay is a joke? Oh yes but I need to mention it again. Get out as soon as you get your full licensure -The caseload numbers are impossible

      I loved the clients and coworkers

      Inconvénients

      None except there is no salary, it is based off of the hours you work but they are very doable and opportunities for extra hours if needed or desired by the client if clinically indicated.
