      Great supervision from Team Leader Collegiate atmosphere Responsive upper management Great support from team members and upper management Organization takes an interest in making work pleasant for employees

      Inconvénients

      No work/life balance as work is very demanding, the billing requirements makes it difficult for work to be finished during regular business hours so employees often take work home.

      Avantages

      Pathways was at one time one of the most supportive, exciting, fun, and welcoming places to work. They did fantastic work with an extremely difficult population and the atmosphere around the office was like one big family

      Inconvénients

      This organization is a sinking ship. Terrible administrative decisions made constantly and just total disorganization from top to bottom. If you want to be taken advantage of, pushed to your limits, and then fired for no reason--go work here. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole program closed down within a year. What a sad situation
