      Because so many important engineers have left the company salaries really went up

      Working at Path is a master class on how to not run a company. The leadership: - Constantly changes priorities - Does not empower decision makers - Sets crazy deadlines for the sake of deadlines - Promises bonuses to employees but never delivers - Stretches resources too thin - Never prioritizes anything - Avoids accountability - Misleads customers

      Still a startup but attempts to be ran as if it is a huge company. Layers of organization make it difficult to drive progress
