Not the great place it once was! - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Partnerize

Partnerize/Performance Horizon was once a great place to work! Things have however gone quickly downhill as the company has grown over the last few years. The convenient flexible working hours have silently disappeared and it is now not uncommon to be reprimanded for being 5 minutes late when the company is based in a busy city centre with unreliable traffic and Public Transport. Partnerize once had an amazing social aspect with great team building events, parties and nights out. This has also silently disappeared with many of the other once great benefits. The salaries in the Tech/Dev departments are substantially less than competitors and progression is rare if not unheard of therefore there is a rapid staff turnover. The mentality was always work hard play hard but now its just work hard for very little in return. I don't want this to put a downer on the rebrand as I strongly believe that the above could improve in time however I did feel the need to be honest in this review.
