Avantages
Great life work balance. The people are all really great. There is a great culture focused on trying to educate and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Inconvénients
Despite trying to be a company accepting of different cultures and people, they are not very open to new ideas to use in their business. Senior Management has an idea for what they want to do and isn’t really open minded to implementing new ideas from their employees. Every business project you work on, feels like you’re doing it just to check a box for senior management.
