Avantages
The technology is amazing and you will work on great projects that will grow your skills. The work itself is very rewarding.
Inconvénients
The annual review process is the worst. Saw lots of talented people leave because of poor pay and poor advancement. It really comes down to how well your manager can write a review on you and not necessarily on your contribution and with such a high turnover and constantly having a new manager new to the process, lots of great talent gets burned out and frustrated. I really wanted to make a long term career from here but like many people, it turned into a stepping stone for something better outside of the company.
