Low pay, unorganized, poor treatment from management - Avis employé Valet Parking Park-Rite

Very low pay. Tips vary based on location. The company hires anybody and they will make anybody a supervisor because they can’t keep workers longer than 90 days. Management does not care about employee well being at all. Don’t expect a livable wage even with tips. Very unprofessional work setting. Uniforms are not fit for hot weather, management knows this and doesn’t care . You are expected to be a bellhop as well as valet but aren’t paid adequately to do either.
