      - Some cool events - Some of the team was amazing

      Inconvénients

      - Understaffed and overworked to the point of debilitating stress - Toxic management and team environment from some colleagues - Having to fight to be paid correctly - 5 day return to office mandate when many places offer much better work life balance - Many layoffs
