The IT team is knowledgeable and always willing to help, making it a great place for a Junior System Administrator to gain hands-on experience. The company culture is professional yet friendly, and management values employees' input. Work-life balance is respected, and there is a strong emphasis on improving internal systems.

None that I haven noticed so far

Paragon really values its employees and goes the extra mile to make sure that they remain happy. The benefits are top notch and go above and beyond what other companies have offered in the past. Employees here are happy and get to work on fulfilling projects which matter. The PTO and additional holidays granted are an extremely nice benefit as well.
