      Avantages

      Paragon offers many wonderful benefits to their employees. Managers do not micromanage, and do provide great support. The owner is very involved in the day to day and has impeccable integrity. Truly a great place to work. Great benefits too!

      Avantages

      Paragon Structural Engineering provides a supportive work environment with opportunities to learn and grow. The IT team is knowledgeable and always willing to help, making it a great place for a Junior System Administrator to gain hands-on experience. The company culture is professional yet friendly, and management values employees' input. Work-life balance is respected, and there is a strong emphasis on improving internal systems.
