      Avantages

      Contacted by a recruiter, I got the job in few days. They "forgot" to say it was a maternity cover, so I worked without knowing that in the end I would have been fired. The pros was that I could dress casual.

      Inconvénients

      Most of the staff had bad talk about the US management, and they are not really involved in the job. I supposed that a great company should care about the assignees but they did not care. Not suited for those who really love working hard and have good results. Great staff outside the office (the logistic department in India), bad staff in the office (apart from the business alliance).

      It is a very entrepreneurial environment Every employee at the company has an opportunity to make an impact Not only does Paragon care about their customers, clients, employees, they also care about helping the community through community service projects and fundaraisers

      None. I love it here!

      Avantages

      Great place to work, you are not just a number. I have worked with the company more than 8 years and have had many advancement opportunities. Great Managers, they don't micro-manage and they are very flexible when you need to work from home or have appointments. CEO has good idea's for diversifying - just needs to find those that will be able to accomplish those ideas.

      Inconvénients

      Some upper management want to do business their way instead of following process. That can make things complicated for everyone else. Smaller relocation company that a lot of large companies don't look at.
