The ownership is ethical and they care about their employees. Additionally, the benefits are very good for a small company.
Inconvénients
This is a tough business. Hardware design has a lot of pitfalls and even after 27 years of being in business, there are always new challenges to get through. Budget and schedule to meet client expectations are always a focus and can be stressful at times. However, the ownership has an approach to the reality of the challenges and maintains an outstanding work environment despite the challenges of the business.
