      Avantages

      Pandit View is a very friendly and cooperative company. They gave me the opportunity to have the best WM and Extended Warehouse projects with excellent methodology. This helped advance my career greatly. The company has great benefits including advanced training in SAP S4 HANA, 401K, HSA, and shadow consulting programs. The management provides a lot of support and is very cooperative.

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding moves a little slow sometimes, but they follow through at the end.

      Management and Business Team provides very creative and fun projects with trustworthy clients. All teams are very cooperative and upfront with you about everything. They are considerate if you do need any help. They provide training and advice for professional and personal development.

      Inconvénients

      It is a small company so there is not much advancement.

      Avantages

      Pandit View Software LLC is a great place to work. The employees have great team dynamics and that helps the work to be done most efficiently and smoothly. I was provided with a delta training there by professional tutors. Later I was swiftly placed in a great project. I worked in SAP Order to Cash Management Process. All of my visa proceedings and formalities were taken care of with utmost promptness and accuracy. I could not have asked for better employers to handle my case. I have received my green card recently and would like to recommend Pandit View Software to everyone looking for a great working experience.

      Inconvénients

      No cons as such. Very responsive management.
