-Assisstant managers are usually lazy -Not enough training beforehand -Unreasonable expectations -Some employees & the manager talk down to you -One time I was on break and it was getting busier so the asst. manager made me work in the middle of my break. -Another time, me and the asst. manager were working the front and he left to do something during rush hour. So it was just me for a good 15 minutes with about 15-20 customers in line.
