Avantages
I have worked with Pageant Media since the publication I work on was acquired by them just over a year ago, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time there so far. Management are accessible and responsive, without unnecessary layers of middle-management. Targets are ambitious but realistic - if you work hard, you are always supported, and will have regular opportunities to discuss feedback on the market and your own performance, and you are actively listened to far more than any other firm I have worked at . What has most impressed me has been the speed and efficiency of investment in the various platforms which the firm publishes. Staff are friendly and there's a fun atmosphere about the place, particularly during Friday socials and the Christmas party which always involves a company-wide trip to a European city.
Inconvénients
Not many 'cons' as such to speak of. Definitely need more space and improved technology in the New York office but this seems to be coming, especially based on the recent London office move.
