8yAfter many positive reviews, it is with a heavy heart that we learn of your dissatisfaction with the work environment at Packsize. We hope you are making use of the avenues available to you to positively influence and address the items you feel most passionate about (working with demanding customers, collaboration within global teams, work/life balance). Those are familiar challenges in many businesses.
On a positive note, Packsize is very fortunate to not be confronted with a lawsuit in a very long time. Furthermore, Packsize has added extraordinary leadership talent over the past two years while seeing very minimal turnover in leadership positions. These leaders believe in strong self-accountability and self-governance and build a culture around these principles, trusting their team members not to “dial out” for days. Team members are trusted and empowered to get their jobs done taking into consideration their work/life balance needs.
When it comes to Glassdoor, we can assure you that no one at Packsize has the authority to remove reviews. If a post has been removed by Glassdoor, it has likely been flagged to have violated their strict social media policies.
