      Avantages

      -friendly and supportive environment -welcome fresh grad and help them to learn the basic

      Inconvénients

      -no career path and no progressions -for experienced employee they will offer low salary but with high expectation result -no overtime compensation except on scheduled overtime -can be slow work life since new projects is not often
