      Avantages

      can get experience in various roles if a go getter

      Inconvénients

      lots of micromanagement, no reliable salary increase structure or frequency- all at the whim of the owner. very little benefits, just medical and dental, which are expensive as well. toxic office culture- everyone working for themselves and against each other- cooperation and teamwork are rare values.

      Avantages

      Generally, the employees are nice and friendly

      Inconvénients

      Some of the people in higher positions like to point fingers when problems arise. Problems also hardly get resolved efficiently as they always circle around before they decide to do something about it. The company owner is a complete tyrant and will not listen to feedback unless it can generate more revenue.
