      Avantages

      Great professional relationships; very good conditions - legal, social. Good perspective for career growth. Professional attitude to work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      I think the salary is rather average or low, also the compensation policy could be more transparent. Although I was given a great perspective for growth, it is quite unsure with the present growth rate.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
