      Avantages

      The technical competence and humor of the UK team. Truly bleeding edge technology. Flexibility in working hours and priorities. VP in charge of UK group is top notch.

      Inconvénients

      Incompetence of the IT group- it is as bad as any place I have ever worked, including government sites. Senior management (above our VP) does not understand software at all. Rapidly changing priorities. The total incompetence of the Sunnyvale senior management is an embarrassment to all of us.

      Avantages

      Very competent technical team. Market leader in terms of market share. Management very approachable. Feels like you've working at a startup.

      Inconvénients

      None of the potential benefits of working at a startup. Unrealistic and unreasonable schedules in the past 3 years have left the engineering team with very low morale.
