      Only best reason is working environment and giving more opportunity for freshers to learn

      Inconvénients

      Salary delay initially it was 15 to one month delay now it's around 2 months delay in salary on an average

      Good Exposure , more work so more learning in starting of career. Opportunity to take responsibility. Good Reputation in India

      Inconvénients

      Oil and gas is good but if you get into nuclear design..less opportunities

      Avantages

      work wise good. we can enjoy very much.salaries are also good. management is excellent. projets are good.

      Inconvénients

      but don't know all of sudden with any prior information they will decrement the salaries and will simply says that your performance is low apartment that company is good
