      No kpi, no increment no bonus Cut employees' benefit Keep restructuring, no clear direction or plan High staff turnover and no timely replacement Workload from resigned staffs redistributed to existing staff

      This company is growing in a very good way. By far the best communicating team I have worked for. Happy customers make happy employees.

      Good location and collegues. Walkable distance to mrt. Good salary

      Inconvénients

      Lacks manpower. I had to do other people’s job without any adjustment to my salary. No kpi, no increments. Long working hours 8am - 6:30pm
