      Avantages

      Friendly atmosphere and culture. Good compensation and decent benefits package. Ripe for a management star to grab and lead it in the direction that it does want to go.

      Inconvénients

      The vision for the future is becoming muddled by poor management and execution. A would-be nimble company poised to ride the wave of the growing EHR/healthcare industry is a dragging paper weight.
