      Avantages

      Truly a fun group of people to work with, super interesting science, and are one of the few companies that works really hard to maintain a good culture.

      Inconvénients

      Could use better benefits like 401k matching, bonuses, and gym access. Also think management could be better about maintaining pay equity and promotions.

      Successful biotech company that makes decisions fast and intelligently, and has extremely promising tech. Good work life balance and culture. Lots of trust in scientific staff and they hire the right people.

      Inconvénients

      Running really lean, but company is prioritizing the right things as they develop.
