The direct bosses I had over the 2 years I was at OrthoLogic were great, I enjoyed working with them and they were great mentors. I worked in two different departments of OrthoLogic and was pleased with my contribution and time there. I still keep in touch with one of my former bosses from OrthoLogic. The people I worked in groups with were passionate about their jobs and worked well together.
Inconvénients
The upper management was so disconnected from the rest of the employees. There were only about 25-30 employees all together and when upper management would walk around they wouldn't even recognize you. They were very withdrawn from the organization and I think that negatively impacted the company.
