      Avantages

      People truly care about the people we support. The DSPs are committed to providing the best care possible to our residents.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, due to being a non-profit, they can't offer alot in the way of wages, but Admin works hard to show their appreciation of the staff that work there.

      Avantages

      Supportive staff and admin, excellent benefits, flexible schedule, and competitive pay

      Inconvénients

      Clients are living with the program and will frequently stay until they pass away, which is hard to deal with. Many people in our community have no idea what OSLP does.

      Avantages

      I would say the best thing about working here would be the client's. They are all awesome!

      Inconvénients

      When you ask for a small accomidation they will fire you! I was recently diagnosed with bipolar and treated horribly by staff, management and HR. Then someone conveniently hacked into my phone sending one explicit video to my only boss. I was instantly fired without giving me anytime to find out who did it. I was Morrified!
