      Avantages

      The people. Everyone is happy to help you, very warm, friendly, passionate colleagues. Good pay, good bonus, you feel cared about and your work has an impact.

      Inconvénients

      Priorities change very often with e.g. new department heads sometimes going through a revolving door. One person comes in, decides on a totally new way of working, which then is abandoned and reformed when the next one comes in.
