OPI is an awesome place to work! I have been working at OPI for several years now and am thankful everyday for the collaborative environment here. There are regular trainings and constant communication between team members that really helps to keep the team up to date on how to best work with our current clientele. Also no matter what your position is, your input really matters so employees in all positions are encouraged to share.
