Gute Produkte (Weltmarktführer) von optischen Prüfsystemen. Finanziell solide aufgestellt.

Inconvénients

Vertrieb lebt von persönlichen Netzwerk der Gesellschafter. Kein proaktives Handeln in Bezug auf neue Produkte sowie Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen. Mitarbeitern mehr Vertrauen aussprechen und machen lassen. Ablauforganisation muss nachgeschärft werden.

Flexible hours. Thats it nothing else

Inconvénients

Expected to travel for excess of 4 hours in minibus without pay. Very short break. On long shifts that exceed 12 hours you are still only given one break meaning you can be working up to 8 hours without a break. You are never informed of how long your shift is. Supervisors on job do nothing and have very little respect for those under them. No form of training was given. Because you always have to travel far to get home there can be less than 10 hours between shifts. No PPE is provided by this employer either ( I've been made to work in freezers for over 3 hours without ppe) if you complain about not having PPE or being given regular breaks they threaten to not pay you for the shift. There is no union at this job, which allows them to mistreat their employees. I've also had days where having finished one shift with no break we are driven directly to another, upon arriving we asked when our break would be and were told that our break was the ride in the bus to that shift. There is no room for progression at this job unless you have a car and a liscense as the only way to advance is to become a supervisor which requires personal transport. They pay minimum wage and do not offer night rate. Shifts are irregular and have no pattern you might finish at 6am and have another shift later at 2pm. Often large gaps between work sometimes up to 3 weeks. Pay is often less than job seekers allowance. Made to do supervisors work for them at end of shift.
