      They give 2% increase once every 4 years. Causes bad employee morale.

      Thank you for your feedback; it is helpful to have the perspective of former employees as we work to continually improve at OCC. OCC maintains a pay for performance system and it is our intention to provide merit increases every 12-18 months. Now that we have navigated the COVID-19 pandemic, we are back on that schedule.

      Indecisive, cheap, incompetent management, love to play the blame game, no accountability, unfair expectations of employees
