      Avantages

      Management is always helpful Lots of different cultures are working there, and integration is really good Lots of gatherings and meetings Canteen Good place to work if you have children

      Inconvénients

      Everything is very slow and NIH syndrome means the wheel is being reinvented more than necessary. Bad cross department communication. Boring brand, and no one there to do something to change it.

      Avantages

      Truly international in scope and reach, with a mostly HR-centric culture that values employees and delivers management training and feedback well. Nice offices, especially in Norway, and a collaborative and open culture with very little finger-pointing. Lots to do, and many resources with which to do it.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes a little too European and slow-moving, particularly with regard to setting a direction and sticking to it and/or not shedding unpromising programs or projects quickly enough.
