Great job but awful company - Avis employé Content Moderator Open Access BPO

Where to begin? First of all, Manila office is full of politics. If you are a manager, you are allowed to break the rules and to take pictures everywhere... If you work in the HR department, you can also break the rules and some local laws... Yes I said LAWS. The HR department, like I said break the policies they put in place, like the notice of end of contract 4 days prior to the date instead of 14 for example. They run this company like if it was their own money... They still don't understand that it doesn't belong to them... Despite the poor results in the satisfaction survey, they still keep going like this and say "We want to extend Internationally!" In your dreams if you see every advice as an opposition... Yes, never give them advices, you will be treated as the number one enemy. So please, DON'T SHOW THEM THAT YOU ARE BETTER THAN THEM IN TERMS OF BUSINESS!!!
