Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The team was fun to work with, light-hearted, and skilled at their jobs. Owner is a likable person and the atmosphere was almost always fun. No real dress code, flexible hours and work environment.
Inconvénients
Micromanagement was an issue at times, some bad clients, and sometimes unrealistic deadlines. My biggest issue was with the technology though. The company is heavily embedded with Microsoft technologies. If you are not a .NET fan, working here will be an uphill battle.
