      Work from home, very flexible schedule, ability to move up in the company and open door policy in most cases. Very active with health considerations with different health programs.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of training, underpaid for the amount of work required. Very unorganized and does not treat women as fair as men and HORRIBLE benefits
