Avantages

The benefits are good and the company does a good job of attracting kind hearted people because of the industry it is in.

Inconvénients

Beware of OneStudyTeam's seemingly benevolent facade, which cleverly masks its true nature as a floundering tech company. The organization recently appointed CFO Ranjit Pawar, whose qualifications for the role are questionable at best. Known for his overbearing oversight, Pawar insists on strict adherence to his directives, disregarding others' perspectives. This has led to a rapid turnover within the team, with some preferring unemployment over enduring his management style. On the other hand, CEO Ralph appears to be a well-intentioned individual, though he's likely under pressure from the substantial financial obligations to investors, possibly explaining his tendency to engage in excessively in detail-oriented tasks. His leadership style is further compromised by his circle of trust. Additionally, co-CEO Michael's extended absence following parental leave raises questions- no one knows where he is. The internal culture at OneStudyTeam is notably dysfunctional, characterized by superficial collegiality that quickly dissipates, revealing a competitive and undermining dynamic among colleagues. Avoid at all costs.

Avantages

People you work with are great

Inconvénients

Executive management is terrible. Zero accountability. Avoid at all costs. You will be given zero authority but made to own the fallout of executives' bad decisions. Seriously, avoid this company and Care Access if you value your sanity. Benefits are also a race to the bottom. They keep stripping them away because "we found we were above industry standard". Because who wants to do more than the minimum, am I right?
