Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Good compensation, for European standards, including stock options. Great degree of autonomy, trust, and respect. Remote work is the default mode. Revenue growing massively year after year, with great financial prospects; the product is solid, flexible, and liked by users.
Inconvénients
Because of very quick growth, there are constant reorgs. Managers change very often at all levels, people shift from group to group. The tech stack underpinning the product is boring and old-fashioned (although they are in the process of fixing that).
