      Avantages

      Remote work is a big plus. Team members are supportive and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes need to work overtime. Company culture does not respect personal time, scheduling hours-long meetings during lunchtime or late evening is common. Company policies are pushed from top down. Management does not listen to employees, rather just pushes down policies and we have to follow without any questions.

      Avantages

      Great remote work. The company is making changes to automate processes and has started using AI for many of its processes.

      Inconvénients

      As an auditor, I was left to my own resources. I wasn't included on conference calls or team meetings until last year, and when I was, it didn't relate to what I was doing. For 6 years, I was the only compliance audit specialist in the company, and I didn't even know that.
