      Avantages

      Great people, everyone is extremely nice and almost everyone gets along. Low traffic area Flexible with your schedule, especially if you have kids to consider

      Inconvénients

      The day consists of extremely repetitive work. If you are not good at being personally accountable this would not be a good job for you.

      Avantages

      They do pay your single health insurance premium.

      Inconvénients

      The downsides to working at Onesource is. The staff is extremely cliquey. They do not make you feel welcome at all. The systems and process' are extremely dated and inefficient. Management is not interested in process improvement and growth isn't an option. Not the place for you if you have small children. They are not flexible and have no real attendance policy to speak of.
