      Avantages

      There are no pros. Zero. Since I have to mention one, it would have to be freedom. You could honestly have a second job as long as you stay in your office all day and take appointments. There is no supervision.

      Inconvénients

      Long Hours, Low Pay (You do not even get paid an hourly wage unless you are a receptionist) Be aware - they will lie about this, No Benefits, Little Or No Vacation Time, Very Unethical Overall!

      Avantages

      I made some of the best friends I have from when I worked at OST. If you enjoy seeing clients come in for audition and then end up on the big screen or in print it give you an incredible feeling being a small part of that persons journey to their dreams.

      Inconvénients

      Honesty is the best policy and also the hardest when it comes to this industry. I learned a lot of good lessons on how to be the bearer of bad news .

      Avantages

      no experience needed to work here. worked at the call center. you get bonuses if you work hard and people show up for the appointments you set up. there is a hourly rate involved and it is not commission based.

      Inconvénients

      you cant be completely honest with the customers. its a gray area. the company asks the customers for money first to be put into the casting database instead of the typical agent where you pay a percent of what you get if you get the role. its basically a total scam
