Easy job to get thanks to the high turnover of staff
Inconvénients
Training is lackluster, forced overtime, and they seem to hope that people don't know their employment rights, such as forced unpaid training, and refusing to pay SSP for people that are self isolating (currently a legal requirement to do this from day one).

Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.
Inconvénients
Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
