      Avantages

      Plenty of opportunities for skill development and growth within the company. Low turnover rate of employees leaving OSIsoft. Looks after it's people, even through challenging times.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of leadership changes in recent years which can occasionally be unsettling. Fortunately the changes have mostly been for the positive.

      Avantages

      Good place to work, good benefits. I have to post every time i want to use GLassdoor so i have posted here before now so it's still the same.

      Inconvénients

      the pay is very bad and undervalued
