      Avantages

      Like to offer workers 25-30 hrs worth of reliable ongoing shifts topped up with 10 hours of unpredictable agency shifts - number of hours and types of shifts negotiable. Plenty of work to be offered. Supportive

      Inconvénients

      Getting your foot in the door working with them may require you to be willing to work with sometimes quite challenging behaviors of concern.

      Avantages

      Good people to work with, very committed and passionate. Reasonable location. A lot of people around to learn from at times, but not enough structure.

      Inconvénients

      Money is a bit average, no salary sacrifice, and still under. No salary reviews. Parking is crap. Got to walk up huge hills. Flats, no heals. No structure with learning, good if you like the deepend.

      Physically draining. Financial suicide. Casual shifts dolled out like lollies for peasants.
