Performance is paramount. Politics and "yes" men/women need not apply. Everyone has a clear set of responsibilities and is rewarded for accomplishing and exceeding expectations.
Inconvénients
Small company, which isn't a negative and and of itself, but resources (money, people) are limited and sometimes changes is a bit slow to come.
