Avantages
I've worked with Novatech Software for more than 3 years. If you are a fresher who recently graduated from college then perhaps it can be an option to join this company.
If are a geek and worked or willing to work on advance or latest technology/programming language then do not join this company.
Their primary product is a requirement management software which is a very good product. This application is written in Object Pascal which is quite an old technology.
1) You'll learn software development process, they are following an excellent SDLC.
2) Sports and fun activities, sometime activities are boring but you'll enjoy it.
3) If you know buttering then its a best place to work, you'll get promotion after every 6 month ;)
Inconvénients
1) If people from management dislike you (it may happen, even if you do nothing) then they will always try to demotivate you.
2) Salary and compensation is very less.
3) You'll not be able to explore your technical skill here
4) They deduct salary if you're late at work even by 1 min, not matter if you've worked more than 10 hrs.
