      Avantages

      Si vous êtes totalement débutant, vous pourriez peut-être apprendre un peu, comme un stage, pour apprendre à travailler.

      Inconvénients

      Évaluations retardées depuis trois ans ; en réalité, l'entreprise n'a pas émis d'évaluation depuis deux ans. Points négatifs : si vous êtes expérimenté, l'entreprise peine à rester pertinente, la direction intermédiaire et supérieure est très complaisante, et l'approche est dépassée. Les projets sont ponctuels, donc aucune sécurité d'emploi. Installations minimales : pas de taxi. Assurance inutile, pas d'avantages sociaux, aucune charge de travail… et bien d'autres choses encore.

      Avantages

      The other contractors they hire are great people and hard workers.

      Inconvénients

      Red flags everywhere. Illegal time sheet modifications. They micromanage while you are working on client projects. Questionable business ethics in that they have contractors with clients also hold management positions internally. Overtime is paid to those in the management position and not the contractor earning the pay. This company should seriously be investigated for federal labor act violations.
