      Lots of autonomy working within a team that wants to produce the best quality it can. Customer service top of the agenda

      Inconvénients

      Because its a small company there is limited career progression but that doesn't seem to stop people staying for many many years.

      Laid back atmosphere. Everyone works together to get projects finished. People are willing to teach each other. Paid time off. Paid holidays. Flexible hours. Professional environment.

      Inconvénients

      Unlimited commission potential, but not a lot of growth opportunities. It is a great job for entering the professional world.
