      Avantages

      Schedule is flexible, you can work from home, salary is above minimum wage by a decent margin with options for overtime, management is friendly and reasonable.

      Inconvénients

      Shifts can range in activity to some truly hectic days, there can be clashes of personality with other assistants and doctors, but nothing truly terrible

      Avantages

      The work schedule was flexible and time off was generous. NightHawk is a global company so there were opportunities to travel..

      Inconvénients

      Salary compensation was not fair and upper management was lacking in some areas. For the most part the executive management didn't put the effort in to get to know the employees that kept the business going.
