      Avantages

      Hours are easy since you are paid hourly. You do your eight hours and you can leave. They support your advance in the retirement pension industry via ASPPA - QKA, QPA, CPC exams. They have breakfast every Tuesday.

      Inconvénients

      Same thing you do everyday; probably due to the nature of daily valuation industry. No potential for growth, bonuses are very rare, do not have a 401(k) plan set up for employees

      Avantages

      Great co-workers who really care about their fellow team mate. Work-balance was very attainable at the company and good office location.

      Inconvénients

      Company structure was not very stable. Lots of internal shifts within organizations for no apparent reason. Very hard to become promoted within the company.
