      Avantages

      Some of the people are very nice to work with. Great product though. Some opportunity to work on different projects are available.

      Inconvénients

      Management does not always listen. Important feedback not always communicated to teams. Functional teams not always aligned on project targets.

      Avantages

      Autonomy, great managers, all new hires for a new company. Marketing and home office tried to help everyone.

      Inconvénients

      Not enough funding, new unlisted procedure to teach neurosurgery, anesthesia, pain. Difficulty to sell and grow? Extremely challenging.

      nice product; great group of people

      great people but not "working together"; need better communication from management; no formal employee development plan; perform formal periodic employee evaluation/feedback
